Wigan ace Lee McCulloch has signed a new deal at the JJB Stadium.
Wigan ace Lee McCulloch has signed a new deal at The JJB Stadium.
Skysports.com revealed last week that McCulloch had agreed a new deal and the Scottish international has now put pen-to-paper on the contract.
Wigan have moved to tie McCulloch down to a new long-term deal to ward off potential suitors in the versatile performer.
Latics boss Paul Jewell was delighted to keep the 28-year-old.
"Lee is one of my consistent performers and the type of player who sums up what his club is about," Jewell told the club's official website.
"He has talent in abundance, a terrific attitude and commitment and is the model pro.
"He can play in midfield or as a striker and is a player who is extremely valued here."
