Sky Bet Championship: Uwe Rosler wants Ivan Ramis fully committed to Wigan
Uwe Rosler is looking for Ivan Ramis to put transfer frustration behind him and 'put a shift in' for Wigan Athletic.

Ramis was a target for Crystal Palace and Cardiff City on deadline day, and paid a visit to both Premier League clubs.
The Eagles thought they were closing in on a deal for the Spaniard, only for him to then fail a medical.
Ramis has been forced back to the DW Stadium as a result, and his boss is confident that the 29-year-old will remain fully committed to the Latics cause.
Rosler told the Wigan Evening Post: "For Ivan, it's important psychologically he overcomes the situation, and what happened in the last 10 days.
"I expect him to be professional about it, as I expect all my players to be. They are all employees of this very good football club, which pays very good wages.
"Obviously there is sympathy there, and we did try to help him as much as we could. But in return he has to put in a shift in training and convince me that he is ready to play."
Ramis has been dogged by injury during his time in England, spending almost 12 months on the sidelines with cruciate ligament damage and currently nursing a soft tissue problem.
He is, however, working his way towards full fitness and is expected to be back in Rosler's plans in the not too distant future.
The Latics boss added: "Ivan trained on Tuesday with the rest of the squad for the first time since his injury.
"I don't think he will go straight into the team against Huddersfield on Saturday, but he is not far off.
"I think what we've learned from the past is that he will need some building up before he can play every three days. And we will be discussing that with him."
