Sheffield United skipper Chris Morgan believes team-mate Kyle Naughton has the potential to become a top class performer.
The full-back, who turns 20 on Tuesday, has caught the eye since breaking into the Blades side earlier this season.
Morgan has been impressed but thinks Naughton will only enjoy a bright future if he continues to work hard.
"I think you look at him and he's got everything," Morgan told skysports.com.
"He's got the physique and the speed and he's got all the attributes to become a top player, but the only thing with Kyle is that he has to keep his feet on the ground and continue to want to keep learning the game because he's still only young.
"You can tell in the lad that he's not getting carried away with things.
"Obviously he has to enjoy it, but he still has to keep working hard and learning because the minute he takes his foot off the pedal and thinks he's made it he'll get a kick up the backside from the manager and the senior players.
"We are all there to help him and he's got everything to go on and be a top class player."
The Blades have recently reverted from a 4-4-2 formation to a more attacking 4-3-3 and the tactic has proved successful with just one defeat in the last nine games.
Morgan said: "Whether we play 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 we have always got the same sort of principles when we are in possession of the ball and when we haven't got the ball.
"We've got the solid back four and usually one of the midfielders sitting just in front of us for protection, so the principles have remained despite the change in formations."
