Parry pleased Everton midfielder is staying for another month

Tranmere Rovers have agreed a deal to extend Everton midfielder James Wallace's loan spell by a further month. Wallace has made five appearances since moving to Prenton Park in mid-January after a brief spell at League One rivals Stevenage was ended before he had played a game. He has impressed during his time with Tranmere and manager Les Parry is delighted to be hanging on to the 20-year-old for another few weeks. "I've spoken to David Moyes and James will be staying for another month," Parry told the club's official website. "He's fitted in really well with John Welsh and Robbie Weir, and each game they're working more as a unit and they're getting more and more impressive, so it's a massive boost." Wallace has made one substitute appearance during his Everton career and featured three times on loan at League Two side Shrewsbury Town earlier this season.
