The 21-year-old has been an integral performer for the League One club since moving to Saltergate in August.
Campbell-Ryce has made 13 appearances for The Spireites and will now undertake a final month with Roy McFarland's side.
In addition to hanging on to Campbell-Ryce, McFarland has also arranged a deal to extend the stay of Aaron Downes.
The Australian defender was on a three-month deal, which was due to expire shortly.
But he will now remain with Chesterfield until the end of the season after catching the eye of McFarland.
The Spireites boss said: "We have liked what we have seen so far so we have extended Aaron's contract until the end of the season as we want to see the lad develop further."
