Slaven Bilic has confessed his concern over West Ham's growing injury list after seeing striker Diafra Sakho limp off against West Brom.

Sakho, who has scored five times for the Hammers this season, appeared to injure his left leg during his side's 1-1 draw at Upton Park on Sunday.

The 25 year-old Senegal international had to be helped off the field with twenty minutes to go and is now a doubt for Saturday's game against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Bilic is already without injured forwards Dimitri Payet and Enner Valencia and admits he is concerned about West Ham's limited options up front.

"That worries me more than the result," Bilic said.

"It's still too early before the scan to give a diagnosis but it looks like a muscle injury. It's a big blow for us, he's a key player.
