Joe Hart's former Manchester City team-mate Pablo Zabaleta welcomes him to West Ham

Pablo Zabaleta welcomed former Manchester City team-mate Joe Hart to training with West Ham with an unstoppable volley.

Zabaleta and Hart are back together after a season apart, with Hart having agreed a season-long loan to join the Hammers after a year in Serie A with Torino.

Hart and Zabaleta had spent the best part of a decade as team-mates at the Etihad Stadium and have now been reunited at West Ham's pre-season camp in Austria.

But it was a rude welcome for Hart, who had to take the jibes of his colleague after being beaten by his powerful effort in training.

Zabaleta took a lobbed ball off a fellow Hammer's knee and smashed a right-foot volley past Hart into the back of the net.

But it was the Argentine's reaction that caused background laughter, as he shouted: "Welcome to West Ham, my friend!"
