Both sides will be desperate to get the three points, with Wimbledon sitting at the foot of the table while Watford are only five points above the drop zone in Division One.
The match will certainly cause no love to be lost between father and son, with Watford boss Ray knowing his side must be focused on getting a result at home.
"It's certainly something that none of us in the family will have ever experienced on Saturday," said the Hornets boss.
"If he (Dean) scores, he'll get a clip around the ear but hopefully we'll be able to put them under enough pressure and get a result."
Dons left back Dean is also in no mood to go easy on his father's side, with the Milton Keynes-based club 16 points adrift of safety in the First Division table.
The 19-year-old has been keeping a close eye on their Hertfordshire opponents and he too is eyeing an important away win at Vicarage Road.
"I went there (to Watford) the other week to watch them play," said son Dean.
"I have to look at it from my point of view, we're in a position where we have to win."
