Watford striker given all-clear

Watford have been handed a boost with the news striker Danny Graham will resume full training on Thursday. The 25-year-old picked up an ankle knock during the Hornets' 3-2 Championship defeat to Crystal Palace on Tuesday evening. After sustaining the injury in the first half, Graham played through the pain barrier to notch his ninth goal of the season, but was eventually forced to retire 13 minutes from time. However, Watford boss Malky Mackay has confirmed the forward participated in Wednesday's warm-down activities and is now fit to return to full training with the rest of the squad. "It's good news as far as Danny is concerned," Mackay told the club's official website. "He's been checked over by the medical team and is fine to train as usual tomorrow (Thursday)." Graham, the Hornets' top goalscorer this season, could be available for the club's league visit to Burnley on Saturday.
