Hornets starlet enjoying life with England

Marvin Sordell enjoyed a productive outing for England's U21s on Monday and admits he has got a taste for life on the big stage. The Watford striker was among the goalscorers for the Three Lions as he netted a spectacular 30-yard effort in a 4-1 victory over Israel. His impressive showing at Oakwell served to further highlight his considerable potential and the ability he possesses. Premier League clubs are reported to have taken a look at the 20-year-old in the recent past and it appears to be only a matter of time before he is gracing that level. Sordell admits it is his ambition to reach the top of his profession and he believes the experience he is gaining with England can only help his cause. "My time away was a great experience, I was playing alongside players who have Premiership experience and it is something I aspire to carry on doing," he told Watford's official website. "Playing for your country is the highest honour you can get. I want to do it again, I love playing for England and I hope I get to do it many more times."
