Ipswich winger Alex Henshall has left the club after they announced his contract had been terminated by mutual consent.
The 21-year-old, who was a product of Manchester City's academy, had failed to break into Mick McCarthy's first-team plans after arriving at Portman Road in 2014.
He made just five appearances for the Tractor Boys since joining on a free from City and had a brief loan spell at Blackpool last season.
