Rotherham defender Stephen Kelly has agreed a new one-year deal at the New York Stadium.
The 32-year-old joined the Sky Bet Championship club in November from Reading and made 15 appearances as the Millers avoided the drop.
Kelly, who has made 38 appearances for the Republic of Ireland, joins Kirk Broadfoot and Richard Wood in penning new terms with the club.
New boss Alan Stubbs told Rotherham's official website: "We are delighted that we have come to an agreement with Stephen.
"We know how important his role was towards the back end of last season. After speaking with him, and the likes of Kirk Broadfoot, we are delighted to be in a position to announce that they have re-signed and that they are now looking forward to the upcoming season.
"I know the value that they can add to the team. They have been here, they know what it is all about and they have been a big part of the dressing room, so also from that point of view it was important they stayed."
