Leeds United will be aiming for the top of the table when they host Birmingham in the Sky Bet Championship on Tuesday night.

Thomas Christiansen's side, who are one of two still unbeaten in the division alongside leaders Cardiff, will host the Blues at Elland Road as they aim to build on their 5-0 thrashing of Burton at the weekend - with Albion themselves travelling to Norwich.

"On Tuesday against Birmingham, the expectation will now be high after the Burton result," Christiansen said. "The only way to continue with the good results is through hard work, we can't underestimate anyone."

Cardiff will be hoping they haven't lost any momentum after dropping their first points of the season at Fulham on Saturday, but face a tricky trip to Preston, who have started well under Alex Neil and currently sit just a point outside the play-offs.

Preston's former boss Simon Grayson, however, is having a far tougher time at Sunderland. The Black Cats host Nottingham Forest at the Stadium of Light having picked up just five points from six games so far.

Bolton and Sheffield United have had differing fortunes so far since their promotion. Chris Wilder's Blades are sitting pretty in fifth, while Bolton are still searching for a first win ahead of their meeting at the Macron Stadium.
