The two sides met at Wembley at the end of a long season to battle out for a place in the Premier League, with QPR coming out on top thanks to a last-gasp Bobby Zamora goal.

Derby dominated for most of the game against QPR, who saw Gary O'Neil sent off on the hour, but Zamora struck with their first shot on target to nick the game 1-0.
