Wolves winger Michael Kightly is feeling positive as he closes in on a return from his long-term ankle injury.
Kightly has made just two substitute appearances since picking up the ankle problem against West Brom last November.
The 22-year-old, who was recently named the Championship Young Player of the Year, underwent surgery at the end of February, but is now nearing his comeback.
"It's been frustrating but I can see light at the end of the tunnel now," he told the club's official website.
"I'm going to do 20 minutes jogging. It's a start and if it goes okay I can progress on.
"It's less than three weeks since my operation so my recovery has been remarkable. The surgeon has done an excellent job and I'm hoping to be back training in two to three weeks.
"I haven't had pain once since the op even though I've tried to bring it on with certain exercises. It's very pleasing and I've got a real spring in my step now."
