Oldham have extended the loan of Richard O'Donnell from Sheffield Wednesday until the end of the season.
The 19-year-old goalkeeper has covered for the League One side in the absence of injured regular first choice Mark Crossley.
O'Donnell has made three appearances during his time at Boundary Park, after initially arriving in the North West on an emergency loan.
"I'm delighted to sign until the end of the season," he told the club's
official website.
"I've gained some valuable first team experience since I've joined and hopefully I'll be able to get some more games under my belt before the end of the season."
Meanwhile, 38-year-old Crossley has spoken of his desire to win another contract at Oldham, with his existing deal to expire in the summer.

The vastly experienced keeper has largely impressed throughout the current campaign; an experience that has whetted his appetite for more.
"I definitely want to play for another year and I hope I can do that here.
"Nothing's been sorted out yet but I want to play; I want to play another season and have made that clear.
"Obviously it's not a money thing because that isn't a problem any more - I just enjoy playing.
"I said at the start of the season that if I enjoyed this year and played the majority of games I'd play for another year, and I've enjoyed this season immensely.
"I really think this club is going places, and we'd be in a much stronger position if we'd managed to keep key players free of injury."
