West Brom and Stoke City are chasing Mark Hudson, while the defender's Crystal Palace team-mate Clinton Morrison has been offered a new contract.
Hudson has rejected a new deal at Selhurst Park and will wait until the end of the season before reaching a decision on his future.
He will become a free agent in the summer and, according to Neil Warnock, Championship rivals West Brom and Stoke want to sign the 26-year-old.
But the Palace boss is refusing to concede defeat in his attempts to hang on to Hudson, who has previously suggested he would be prepared to stay with the club.
"I've heard that West Brom and Stoke are both interested, but we're hoping that he will stay," Warnock told the South London Press.
Meanwhile, Warnock confirmed that striker Morrison has been offered a two-year extension to stick with Palace.
Morrison's deal also expires in the summer and Warnock is awaiting a response from the player regarding the offer.
Warnock added: "We've offered Clinton a two-year contract and it's down to him or not whether he accepts it."
