Bristol Rovers have completed the signing of Darryl Duffy, and have also brought in West Ham United youngster Ben Hunt.
Duffy had been heavily linked with a move to Rovers after struggling to make an impression at Swansea City last season.
He has signed a three-year contract with the League One club, with Rovers spending £100,000 on the former Hull City striker.
"The biggest factor in my move was that I just wanted to play football," Duffy told the club's official website.
Had to move
"I'm not interested in sitting in the stands, and with the size of the squad at Swansea there were as many as 12 or 13 players sitting up there on a matchday.
"I think coming here is something I had to do to stand a chance of playing first-team football on a regular basis. Hopefully, if I do well enough, I can do that here."
Rovers boss Paul Trollope has also agreed a deal for young forward Hunt, who arrives at the club from West Ham's academy.
Youngsters Ben Swallow, James Tyrell and Joe White have also signed professional contracts with the Pirates.
