Leeds bring in Ipswich stopper on loan

Leeds boss Simon Grayson has moved to bolster his side's leaky defence with the addition of Ipswich Town's Richard Naylor on loan. The 31-year-old defender, who hails from Leeds, brings plenty of experience to Elland Road having made over 300 appearances for Ipswich. Grayson had given his inherited defence a chance to prove themselves, but after conceding two soft goals to Carlisle at the weekend he admitted he needed to strengthen. "He's a good, strong centre-back," Grayson told the club's official website. "He's got plenty of experience and he's played plenty of games in the Championship this season. "He will bring a wealth of experience and he brings a lot that I believe will help."
