Wycombe have signed Bristol City striker John Akinde on a month-long loan deal.
The striker was signed from Conference side Ebbsfleet last August but has failed to make an impact at Ashton Gate, scoring just once.
Wycombe have now landed him on loan and manager Peter Taylor is delighted to get him.
"I know there were a bundle of Football League clubs looking to sign him on loan and I really appreciate Bristol City and Gary Johnson allowing John to join us," said Taylor.
"I've seen him play on numerous occasions, he's still new to the game but has tremendous potential.
"He's here for a month and during that time I hope he can help us and we can help him."
