Bristol City winger Ivan Sproule faces up to three weeks out with a hamstring strain.
Sproule pulled up just before half-time during the 1-0 defeat at Doncaster on Saturday.
Boss Gary Johnson told the club's official website: "Our medical staff sent Ivan for a scan and it has shown a strain.
"It's likely he'll be out for around three weeks.
"Everyone is really disappointed for Ivan, especially as he has only just got back into the team.
"We'll give him all the time he needs to make a recovery."
