Mariner also waiting to speak to Larrieu and Duguid

Plymouth Argyle have offered a new contract to Yannick Bolasie and are waiting to hold talks with Romain Larrieu and Karl Duguid. Midfielder Bolasie has impressed for Plymouth since returning to Home Park following a six-month loan spell at Barnet in League Two. A new deal is on the table for the 20-year-old and Pilgrims boss Paul Mariner also wants to discuss an extension with goalkeeper Larrieu and defender Duguid. "Bolasie has something on the table and we're waiting on contact from [executive director] Keith [Todd] regarding Duguid and Romain," Mariner told the club's official website. Meanwhile, Mariner confirmed he is also keen to speak to both Steven Maclean and Alan Gow, who are currently on loan at Aberdeen and Hibernian respectively, following claims the duo do not want to return to Plymouth next season. Mariner added: "I have a very good relationship with Alan and Steve and I know exactly where we stand. "Obviously, we can't talk face to face at the moment, but I think it's prudent I make a phone call - both players are under contract with this football club."
