American on his way to England
Nottingham Forest have won a permit for American international Robbie Findley.
The 25-year-old agreed terms with Forest last month, following a trial spell at the City Ground.
Findley's contract at Major League Soccer outfit Real Salt Lake expired at the end of their season, and he penned a two-and-half-year deal with Forest.
The move was subject to a work-permit and after his initial application was rejected, Forest have successfully appealed the decision.
Findley is now awaiting his visa, before moving to England to begin his career with Forest.
