Nottingham Forest are hoping striker Nathan Tyson will be fit to return to action in Saturday's game against Doncaster Rovers.
Tyson has missed Forest's last five matches due to an ankle injury, but is edging closer to a first-team comeback.
He was part of the travelling squad for Tuesday's defeat at Sheffield United and could be included for the weekend visit of Doncaster.
"He may be available," said Forest boss Billy Davies. "We took him to Sheffield United to let him do the warm-up and get him running.
"He's got a little bit to go yet but hopefully we will have him with us at the weekend."
The 28-year-old has scored just once this season in 25 Championship appearances, the majority of which have been from the bench.
