Forest players shocked by change of manager as Alex McLeish emerges as favourite
Alex McLeish has emerged as the clear favourite to succeed Sean O'Driscoll as Nottingham Forest manager.

Forest's Kuwaiti owners relieved manager O'Driscoll of his duties just hours after a 4-2 victory over Leeds left the club a point off the top six.
And as McLeish was cut to long odds-on in Sky Bet's Transfer Specials to be the next boss, Forest defender Danny Collins told Sky Sports News of his dismay at the decision.
He said: "We're obviously surprised, especially after the result we had to find ourselves a point outside the play-offs.
"To hear the news that the gaffer had gone was obviously a surprise, and we're shocked and disappointed at the same time.
"He popped in to training to clear his stuff and speak to the boys and wish us well for the season - hopefully we'll carry on the work he's brought to the place and get ourselves into the play-offs."
McLeish's appointment increasingly appears a formality and the Scot - out of work since leaving Aston villa in the summer - has a promotion to the Premier League with Birmingham on his CV.
Collins said: "I've not worked with him before, but he had a good record at Birmingham and I'm looking forward to working with him."
