Australian international Muscat, who has been offered a new, two year deal by Wolves, has also been accused of leaving stud marks on his international team-mate Stan Lazaridis` chest and pinching Martin O`Connor, who was sent off when he retaliated during the 1-0 Birmingham victory.
Grainger blasted: "He is probably the most hated man in football. The bottom line is what goes around, comes around. There will be someone nastier who will get him off the ball one day.
"He tried to stamp on me and what he did to Stan summed him up.
"Martin reacted stupidly but Muscat kept pinching him when he was shielding the ball. It was a massive win for us as we got our own back on them for losing at Molineux, it more or less put them out of the play-off picture and it paid back Kevin Muscat.
"He had wound us up at Molineux by gesturing in front of the lads and our own fans (pictured). He then described us as bad losers and said we were second best."
However, Bryan Hughes has had his dismissal in the game overturned after referee Eddie Wolstenholme watched a video of the game and overturned Hughes` second yellow card, which was originally awarded for diving.
Meanwhile, Leeds United midfielder Kevin Dixon has joined The Blues on trial.
