SPANISH international defender Juanfran claims he has the chance to move to an English team in January, with Birmingham City and Leeds United thought to be the clubs in the frame for his signature.
The left-sided Celta Vigo player refused to name his suitors, but told planetfootball.com his lack of first-team opportunities at the Balaidos this season could force him to seek pastures new.
"I can't say the name, but it is certain that it (an offer) has been made to Celta," the 26-year-old said.
"My situation is not best at the moment, I am not used to being a substitute.
"I've spent six months like this (as substitute) and I can't put up with it anymore."
Celta have refused to make any official comment on the matter, and the player is under contract with the club until June 2004.
However, manager Miguel Lotina made it clear that he sees the former Valencia man as part of his plans.
"For me, Juanfran is still a team player."
