HAYDEN MULLINS' agent has denied any knowledge of a bid by Birmingham City for the versatile Crystal Palace star.
Reports on Thursday had suggested that St Andrews supremo Steve Bruce was again set to raid his former club, and had launched a £600,000 bid for the England Under-21 international.
However, speaking exclusively to planetfootball.com, Mullins' agent, Andrew Mills, stated he was unaware of any official bid from the Midlanders.
"I'm dealing with Birmingham over the Jamie Clapham transfer," said Mills.
"But, I'm not aware of any factual bid (for Mullins).
"Yes, there has been interestǪ. Yes, things have been said in the past, and yes Steve Bruce is an admirer of Mullins.
"But no, I'm not aware of any rejected bid."
Speaking regarding Clapham's proposed move to Birmingham, Mills remained non-committal, admitting that contrary to popular belief the deal had yet to be rubber-stamped.
"Hopefully we'll be signing contracts tomorrow (Friday)," he said.
"We'll see as anything can happen, and until I see a contract in black and white with a space for Jamie to sign I won't be counting any chickens.
"However, I'm not expecting any problems."
