Walsall have bolstered their squad with the double signing of Dean Keates and Andrew Barrowman.Keates began his career at Walsall and he has opted to leave Lincoln for personal reasons.
The 27-year-old has signed an 18-month deal with the Saddlers.
Barrowman arrives on a free transfer from Birmingham after failing to make the breakthrough at St Andrews.
The 21-year-old has inked a one-and-a-half-year deal with the League One side.
