Latest instalment from Birmingham's Neil Danns.
Well it is a very frustrating time for me at the moment - due to the fact that I am suspended.
Most people saw what happened at Barnsley and most people feel I was unlucky and of course that is my feeling too.
But there is not much that can be done about it, it was decided we didn't appeal and I just have to carry on working hard and keep myself fit.
The red card was an extra blow as I was just becoming involved again in the first team - but as I said I just have to get my head down and make sure I am ready when the ban finishes.
It does mean that I will be forced to sit in the stands and watch, which is difficult at the best of times - but with the promotion picture as it is, it makes things very nerve racking.
The whole thing has been changing from week to week, but our destiny is still in our own hands which is the most pleasing thing.
Sunderland have come like a train on the outside and Roy Keane has done a great job with them and it seems like it is between the three of us at the top.
I think our promotion credentials are there for everyone to see, indeed if you look at our records against both Derby and Sunderland - we are unbeaten, which shows perhaps we have failed against the so-called weaker teams.
But now is the time to push on and see if we can secure the promotion place in the coming weeks.
Neil who do you think will win the Championship if not Birmingham?
Frank as I said I really hope and still think we can win it - if not then it is a three horse-race anyway. Obviously Sunderland are the team to beat at the moment but you can never tell what will happen in football.
