Birmingham youngster Asa Hall has joined Shrewsbury on loan until the end of the season.

Birmingham City youngster Asa Hall has joined Shrewsbury Town on loan until the end of the season. Hall, who can play in defence or midfield, has yet to make the first-team breakthrough at St Andrews. He has now been allowed to build up his experience with a stint in League Two at Shrewsbury. The 21-year-old has previous experience of the division after spending the second half of the 2005/06 campaign on loan at Boston United. Shrews boss Gary Peters has been active in the transfer market of late, having also brought in the likes of James Meredith, Guy Madjo and Keith Briggs.
