Blues striker focused on doing his best for club

Birmingham striker Marlon King is bored of talking about booing after coming under fire in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Coventry. The ex-Sky Blues man quit the club last summer despite reports he had verbally agreed a new deal with the Ricoh Arena side. King subsequently finalised a three-year deal with Birmingham and he marked his first return to Coventry over the weekend with an equaliser. The 31-year-old is focused on doing all he can for his club, although he does not want to see his former paymasters relegated from the Championship.

Boring

"It's quite boring talking about that to be honest," King said of the booing. "It's nothing different to me. I don't hear it. I just set my stall out and do what I can for the team. "I don't want to see Coventry get relegated. "I enjoyed my season here (at Coventry) and whatever was said is done."
