The FA has charged agent Charles Collymore with a breach of their regulations.
The Football Association have charged agent Charles Collymore with a breach of their regulations.
The charge comes following allegations that Collymore offered Luton Town's Enoch Showunmi to Millwall without the Hatters' consent or knowledge.
Both The FA and Fifa have rules dictating the way players' agents must conduct themselves, and it has been claimed that Collymore breached those guidelines.
Collymore has until October 17 to respond to the charges that Town boss Mike Newell's information helped to bring.
Meanwhile licensed agent Saif Rubie has had his agent's licence suspended following a meeting of the disciplinary commission hearing on September 29.
Rubie was fined £600 and faces a ban until he can provide the game's governing body with the appropriate information relating to his work, that licensed agents are required to submit.
Ian Elliott has meanwhile been warned as to his future conduct after admitting a charge of failing to register his representation contract for Sunderland's Grant Leadbitter.
