Sunderland goalkeeper Keiren Westwood was delighted with how he performed at Manchester United, but admits he felt they should have taken something from the match.
Westwood was making his full league debut for The Black Cats following the recent injury to Simon Mignolet.
And the Irish international had an excellent game including a great double save which kept Wayne Rooney and Patrice Evra at bay - but he could not prevent Sunderland from going down to a 1-0 loss.
"Manchester United are a fantastic team," he said.
"All you need to do is look around. It's the stuff of dreams. Will those saves be in my dreams? Ha! Yeah, I suppose so.
"But we deserved something from the game, which would have made it even more special. I said to myself during the week there aren't many people who get the chance to play at Old Trafford.
"I want to play in stadiums like this. I started out with Carlisle in the Conference, but there were 75,000 people watching here. Sometimes you don't believe you'll ever get there, but I've worked hard."
