Paul Ince joined Ben and Kammy on Goals on Sunday and spoke about how his son Tom is enjoying his football at Derby since Steve McClaren rejoined the club.

Derby upset West Brom in the FA Cup third round on Saturday, with Tom Ince stepping up to score the winner in the second half after Darren Bent cancelled out Matt Phillips' opener for the Baggies.

And father Paul, who once managed his son at Blackpool, admitted he and Tom often sit down to analyse his performances.

Paul insisted their DVD analysis is more to get the 24-year-old to realise what parts of his game can be improved, as well as pointing out his strengths.

And having played for Manchester United and Liverpool, as well as captaining England, there's no doubt Paul has some sound advice of his own as his son pushes for promotion to the Premier League with Derby.
