The Rams' staff did not receive their wages for August when the bank refused to release the funds, as the club struggle with their £30 million debts.
The situation led to Danny Higginbotham handing in his notice due to breach of contract, and the Pride Park outfit are currently looking into a takeover from new owners.
The club released a statement thanking the bank for their help as they finally pay their players.
"We are grateful for the bank's support in paying the players' wages while discussions continue on the reorganisation of the club," said the club statement.
"All of the players will be paid first thing on Friday morning and we will continue to work closely with the bank."
