Dexter Blackstock is urging his team mates to take their chances in front of goal.Dexter Blackstock believes that his new team-mates at Derby all have a responsibility to score goals and help the club climb up the table.
The on-loan striker scored on his debut for the Pride Park club on Saturday after coming on as a substitute mid-way through the second half, however still ended on the wrong side of a 2-1 score line as his fellow attackers failed to capitalise on any of the opportunities handed to them.
"There's no doubt we can create chances," Blackstock admitted. "It is just the killer instinct that is lacking.
"That is not just down to me or the other strikers, it's down to the whole team in the same way that I can't blame the defenders for the goals we conceded against QPR."
Meanwhile, Bosnian defender Mo Konjic may well have played his last game for the club after encountering vision problems.
The 35-year-old is in talks with the club about terminating his contract having played just 19 times since joining The Rams from Coventry in May 2004.
