Goalkeeper Stephen Bywater has signed for Sheffield Wednesday on a free transfer until the end of the season.
The 30-year-old shot-stopper recently completed a three-month loan deal from Derby, missing New Year's Eve's victory at Preston. But he has penned a permanent deal at Hillsborough until the end of the current campaign and is set to return to the side in Monday's clash with Tranmere.
