West Brom have made an approach to sign QPR midfielder Sandro on loan for the rest of the season with a view to a permanent move, according to Sky sources.
The Brazilian has played just 21 games for QPR since joining from Tottenham for £6m in September 2014.
Negotiations are reported to be at an early stage but Sandro has been told he is free to leave Loftus Road in the January transfer window providing the right bid has been received.
The 26-year-old, who has previously been troubled by knee injuries, missed the first seven matches of this season and has not played since December.
