West Brom striker Saido Berahino has been urged by team-mate Ben Foster to forget about posting comments on social media sites and concentrate instead on his football.
Berahino was the subject of interest from Newcastle and Stoke during the January transfer window and looked set for a move to Tottenham in the summer.
That led to the England U21 international claiming he would never play for the Baggies again after he appeared to blame club chairman Jeremy Peace for blocking the move.
Berahino has subsequently featured for Tony Pulis' side, although he started on the bench for Tuesday night's 1-1 draw with Swansea before coming on for the final 28 minutes.
But after £21m bids from Newcastle and Stoke were rejected on Sunday, he tweeted: "Everyone waiting once again for the silly little spoilt boy to make same mistake so here you go. Goodnight all and thanks for the support."
Foster has now stepped in to offer some guidance to Berahino, urging the 22-year-old to focus his attention on ensuring West Brom remain in the Premier League next season, even if he does not stay with them.
In all honesty, the best thing to do would be to delete all that rubbish and just focus on playing football.
"Saido, at the end of the day, is a good lad," Foster told The Independent.
"He doesn't need to do the silly things but these days, with the likes of Twitter and Instagram, people are getting in touch with him from all corners of the world.

"He knows he's here until the end of the season, it's as simple as that.
"You'd like to think he'll get his head down and get stuck in, and help us get out of this situation.
"We need to get a few more points on the board and pull away from that bottom bit."
