The former Leicester and Aston Villa manager is angry that he was not consulted over the £2.5 million sale of the Republic of Ireland international and has called for a meeting with the Albion board to clarify where his responsibilities lie and what funds are available for new players.
"I think I need to be given a complete directive here as to what people want from me," Little said.
"If I`m honest, I would have said that we should have hung on for more money for Kevin, but I wasn`t asked that question.
"I can`t remember any time, at any stage in the previous 12 years in management, me not having the direct final yes on a player or a fee and that`s disappointing."
"I don`t like decisions being made that affect me, that I don`t make. If I make mistakes, it`s my mistake, but if decisions are made and they aren`t my decisions, then that`s no good."
