West Brom boss Bryan Robson is determined to keep hold of Curtis Davies.

A number of clubs are already making envious glances towards Davies just six months after he arrived at West Brom.

Robson took a chance on Davies when signing him from Luton last August and he has been rewarded with some inspirational performances.

The Baggies chief is aware of the interest in Davies, but he wants to keep him at The Hawthorns.

"I know a lot of people looked at him when we brought him in and I expect the top clubs to look at him if he continues playing how he is," said Robson.

"Curtis Davies is proving he will be a great Premiership player for years to come.

"At 20, he can only get better but we want him to stay here."
