Northampton manager Stuart Gray insists he is still looking to bring new faces to Sixfields after completing the loan signing of Mark Little.
Gray, who recently lost winger Bradley Johnson to Leeds, has also admitted that he is keen to further strengthen his squad.
And Gray is hopeful he will also be able to secure players on a permanent basis as he attempts to steer Northampton, who currently sit 16th in League One, away from trouble at the foot of the table.
"We are keen to add to the squad," said Gray. "We are looking at permanent transfers but we are still also looking at loan signings."
Gray is delighted to have captured Little on a one-month loan and he is hopeful the 19-year-old Wolves defender, who has made 32 appearances in the Championship, will also provide his side with an attacking edge.
"I'm sure Mark will be a good addition to our squad," Gray added. "He is mobile and can defend but can also provide quality going forward.
"For a player so young he has a good amount of experience already and hopefully he will add to that while he is with us."
