"It's put to music which you like which gives you positive vibes."
The South Coast star made the revelation ahead of his side`s quarter final clash against Wolves in the FA Cup.
Oakley said Molineux manager Dave Jones would be welcomed back to the club and acknowledged he owes the former Stockport County boss a huge debt of gratitude.

"We didn't talk a great deal but I think Dave liked what he saw in me and wanted me to come out of myself.
"When I was younger I didn't shout or talk a lot because I was quite shy.
"He just said: 'You're going to have come out of yourself to see what sort of a player you are.'
"It taught me that sometimes you don't get help from your managers and you have to do it yourself."
