Mark Wotte looks increasingly likely to be appointed as the new manager of Southampton.
Reports from Holland say it is almost certain that the 45-year-old will take the helm at St Mary's with former NEC Nijmegen coach Cees Lok joining him as assistant manager.
Wotte had been employed as technical director by Feyenoord before resigning recently, stating that he wanted to get back into club management.
The former Utrecht boss is believed to have been alerted to the Southampton job by the same agency that put his name forward when Tottenham were recently looking to appoint a new technical director.
Lok, 39, stunned NEC by handing in his resignation and it is believed that both men met with Saints director Sir Clive Woodward (pictured) after the match between Feyenoord and PSV Eindhoven.
Meanwhile, Saints goalkeeper Michael Poke has returned to St Mary's following the completion of his two-month loan stint with League Two side Northampton Town.
