The young left-back only joined Saints from Everton during the January transfer window but he has now been given the opportunity to try and earn a move to Holland.
NAC are looking for a replacement for Patrick Mtiliga following his switch to Malaga on a free transfer and feel Molyneux fits the bill.
Robert Maaskant's side, who finished eighth in the Eredivisie last season, also took a look at Molyneux's Southampton team-mate Ryan Smith last month.
The forward spent a week on trial with NAC before Maaskant decided to turn his attention to finding a left-back.
