Southampton midfielder Adam Lallana insists he is '100 per cent committed' to the club ahead of the new season.
Lallana was seen as one of Saints' most saleable assets following relegation to League One and was the subject of a failed bid from Wolves.
The recent takeover at St Mary's has put the club back on a sound financial footing and there is no longer pressure to cash in on Southampton's best players.
And England Under 21 international Lallana confirmed he is not looking to leave as he seeks to improve his goals output for Saints.
"I want to build on my goals tally," he told the club's official website. "I got three last season so if I could get into double figures then that would be brilliant.
"I'm 100% committed to Southampton, I've got two years left here and I'm definitely going to be here for at least the next year and hopefully a few more."
Lallana scored in Saturday's 3-0 friendly win over Hearts and new Saints boss Alan Pardew confirmed he will not be letting the youngster leave.
Pardew said: "There's no doubt in my mind that he is staying at the club, none at all, I'm not letting him go anywhere.
"He's a young player and too many good young players have gone from here last year through financial pressure, not at the manager's will or even the chairman's will, just financial pressure.
"That's not there anymore and good young players like Adam are definitely staying."
