Mike Newell's side confirmed their promotion to The Championship as champions with a 2-1 victory at struggling Wrexham.
It was The Dragons that had a half time lead through Andrew Holt, but The Hatters drew level at The Racecourse Ground through Curtis Davies seven minutes after the break.
Luton then completed the turnaround seven minutes later through Chris Coyne (pictured) to claim the League One crown with two matches in hand.
The title was confirmed for the Bedfordshire outfit after second place Hull City fell to a surprise 3-0 defeat at Walsall.
A hat-trick from on-loan Julian Joachim gave The Saddlers all three points against Peter Taylor's promoted side at The Bescot Stadium.
At the other end of the table, Barry Fry's Peterborough were finally condemned to life in League Two next season, despite a fine 1-0 win at play-off contenders Bournemouth.

Adebayo Akinfenwa earned the South Devon club a vital win at Boundary Park with a second goal four minutes after the break.
The result sees Torquay and MK Dons change places in the table with two matches left in the season for both sides.
