The former Blackburn Rovers shot stopper impressed affluent Bluebirds officials during the recent clash between the two teams at Ninian Park, but Pool boss Chris Turner has confirmed that he is under `no pressure` to sell his young talent.
Speaking of the situation regarding the 22-year-old, Turner said: "There was an approach by Cardiff, but we are not letting Anthony go.
"It is good that other clubs are interested in our players, but I have spoken to the chairman and I am under no pressure to sell players."
Turner did, however, give the Sam Hammam-owned club a ray of hope, adding: "Being realistic, if someone made us an offer that we couldn't refuse, and it would be in the player's best interests, then we would not stand in his way. But we are trying to build a team, not sell it."
