Nathan Tyson is disappointed that a move to Cardiff City failed to materialise.Wycombe striker Nathan Tyson has spoken of his disappointment that a move to Cardiff City failed to materialise.
The promising hit-man had looked set for a deadline day switch to Cardiff after agreeing personal terms and passing a medical at Ninian Park.
However, Wycombe held firm and rejected Cardiff's £300,000 offer for Tyson - despite the fact he is out of contract at the end of the current campaign.
Tyson admits he is frustrated at not being allowed to step up to Championship football and it remains to be seen whether Wycombe will be able to keep him at The Causeway Stadium next season.
"I'm a bit cheesed off now because I've had the chance to join Cardiff turned down," said Tyson.
"It's not about money, it's about ambition and I want to play Coca-Cola Championship football."
